Many of these conditions are the result of genetic predisposition:

Eyes:

Several types of hereditary cataracts, some visible from birth, others appearing later, even in adulthood.
Retinal disorders, such as Central Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Generalized Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Retinal Dysplasia, Multifocal Retinal Dysplasia.
Glaucoma.
Corneal lipidosis.
Eyelid rolling or inversion.
Bones and Joints:

Hip or elbow dysplasia.
Panosteitis (inflammatory bone conditions).
Osteoarthritis (inflammation of bones, ligaments, and joints).
Ruptured cruciate ligament of the knee joint.
Other Conditions (likely genetic in origin):

Skin Conditions:

Atopic dermatitis, often coexisting with secondary Staphylococcus intermedius (staph) infections and ear problems.
Asthma.
Eczema.
Predisposition to allergies.
It’s worth noting that steroid therapy can provide quick relief but often leads to relapses that require re-administration of steroids. This can result in a vicious cycle of symptom recurrence.

Nervous System Diseases:

Rage syndrome (outbursts of rage and aggression).
Epilepsy.
Digestive System Diseases:

Bloating, which can lead to intestinal torsion.
Diarrhea caused by pancreatic disorders, such as insufficiency or food intolerance with intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
Inflammatory bowel diseases.
Cancers.
Insufficient production of stomach acids or bile.
Muscular System Diseases (genetic in origin):

Myopathies and muscular dystrophies that lead to progressive muscle wasting and restricted mobility.
